We are nearing the end of the current TRIP year. All orders up to and including Monday, March 21st will be part of the current TRIP year and all earnings will be applied to the upcoming 2016-2017 school year.  Earnings will be recorded, along with all reported Kroger Earnings, and passed on to the tuition office.  
After we return from Easter break we will be starting our new TRIP year and will continue to record earnings through March of 2017.  Those earnings will be applied to the 2017-2018 school year.  


Remember if you are keeping track of your earnings, our TRIP year runs from April 1st through March 31st.  Also remember that SPH keeps 1% point of each card offered.  This means a $100 card offered at 9%, your earnings will be $8.00.  A $100 card offered at 2% your earnings will be $1.00.

When you are enrolling your card for the first time, simply go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com • Click “create an account” • Put in your email address and password. Confirm your password • Enter plus card OR alt ID number • Go to Community Rewards (near bottom) • Follow through the steps. (Name, address, etc.) • Put in the group number or part of the name of the organization. St Patrick of Heatherdowns, Group #80610 • Choose the correct organization. • Click Enroll. You are now enrolled for the May 1st 2015 to April 30th 2016 year of Kroger Community Reward.

Remember.......you are required to print off your quarterly earnings approximately one month after the end of each quarter.   The TRIP office will send out a reminder e-mail, as well as post in the St. Pat’s Pride and parish bulletin when those numbers are available online, as well as a deadline for the TRIP Office to receive your reports. Be sure to read ALL e-mails from the TRIP office!

Please note……if you have two cards (different numbers) and they are linked to each other, Kroger will indicate your earnings on both cards, however, you will only receive credit for one of the card numbers. Kroger is NOT splitting the credit between both cards, they are reporting the total amount on both cards.   Some families have two or more cards, linked together to aid in fuel point savings.




Orders will be placed twice a week! 

Deadline for orders are Monday's  8:00am  & Wednesday's 8:00am.   

Monday's order will be ready for pick up after 3:00pm Wednesday!

Wednesday's order will be ready for pick up after 3:00pm Friday!

Order can be set home with oldest child IF, you select the delivery method "student" ON EACH order!  We will NOT assume just because you sent it home once you want is sent home again!

As always....orders will be held in the parish office if you perfer to pick up during weekend masses.

Kroger’s quarterly cycle’s are as follows:

1st Quarter – May 1st thru July 31st (earnings will be posted early September)

2nd Quarter – August 1st thru October 31st (earnings will post early December)

3rd Quarter – November 1st thru January 31st (earnings will post early March)

4th Quarter – February 1st thru April 30th (earnings will post early June, which is after the end of the scrip year, we will hold earnings for the following scrip year.)

The TRIP office will advise families once the credits have been posted, as well as a deadline to turn in your paperwork. Be sure to read ALL e-mails received from the TRIP office as well as any information placed in the school newsletter and/or parish bulletin!

Earnings will be posted on a quarterly basis, BUT each quarter earnings will be replaced with the most recent quarter earnings, SO YOU MUST PRINT OFF YOUR EARNINGS QUARTERLY! If you do not print off your earnings within the time period given, your earnings will be lost!
